Coach's Chicken, Shrimp, and Fish is dedicated to the memories of two people who are monumental to career of coaching football and youth development. Clifton "Bake" Baker and Stanley Yames Smith.

Coach Bake was my High School Offensive Line Coach at Detroit Henry Ford High. A stern, direct and no-nonsense coach, he was loved and respected by many who understood the method behind his madness. He left a lasting impression with his fundamental training of offensive line play, knowledge of the game, and unique way of communicating to those he coached.

Stanley Y. Smith was one of my first and favorite kids I coached in youth football. A very "hard-nosed" hardworking football player, student, son, brother, and honorable young man. Stanley is loved and respected by all who encountered him.

These two will forever be my motivation as a coach and will continue to be my inspiration throughout life. MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT. ALWAYS.
